August Favorites 2015
Hello beauties,
Another month has flown by in the blink of an eye. I'm not so excited for the winter months weather wise but there are many exciting things to come in the next few months. First announcement, I will be attending IMATS Toronto. Please if you see me there say HELLO :) Second announcement I am currently hosting a BLOG SALE . Now let's move on to my favorites. I have a nice mix or beauty and random favorites this month.
Of course we shall start with of important items, the makeup. First there is the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24H Foundation 100 Ivoire C. I did a first impression on this months a few months back and instantly fell in love. It's lightweight, has amazing coverage, lasts on the skin like no other, doesn't break me out, works wonderfully on my dry skin (I think it would work with all skin types), has an incredible shade range, has a pump, and so much more. I can't say a single bad thing about this foundation other than the fact that it's an expensive one.
Second we have the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector Champagne Pop. This was a product I was not going to purchase at first because of it's high price point. After a little thought I decided I wanted to support the amazing Jaclyn Hill by purchasing an incredible product that she collaborated with Becca Cosmetics to create. This highlighter is amazing to say the least. It's pigmented, a little goes a long way, you did get a lot of product in the pan, it looks gorgeous on the skin, it's buildable, and it lasts well on the skin all day.
Now let's move on to some more affordable items. Nyx Cosmetics Matte Bronzer Light is a wonderful brick toned bronzer. I think this is a lovely bronzer for contour but also can be used to just warm up a fair complexion. I love that it's totally matte and it is easy to apply and blend.
Maybelline Color Tattoo - Bad to the Bronze has been a long time favorite of mine. I love to use this eyeshadow as a base or as a lovely one shadow look on it's own. It says on the lid all day, the shade is gorgeous, and it pairs with so many other eyeshadow shades. I re-fall in love with this product every time I use it.
ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip Color in 1st Base has been my go to lip color this month. I love so many of the Ultra Matte Lippies from ColourPop but 1st Base is my perfect pink. It looks amazing with so many different makeup looks. It sets on the lips perfectly and lasts an extremely long time even with eating and drinking. It can be a little drying so make sure to moisturize. I have a review on 12 of the ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip Colors.

Last beauty item is something a little strange but I've been loving is a little cooling eye mask I picked up at Ulta. It's been helping tremendously this month with my puffy face. I have been suffering from terrible allergies and this little eye mask has been such a savoir.
