Shop Your Way
While at Sears Holdings Co. (Shop Your Way) I developed a strategic social media growth plan that led to an increase of Facebook followers 12.7%, Instagram followers by 9.5%, Twitter following by 1%. As well as an increase of Facebook engagement by 600%, Instagram engagement by 400%, and Twitter engagement by 76% in 13 weeks. I facilitated and hosted a Facebook live that increased brand awareness, engagement, and sales. My role allowed me to work alongside strategy, communications, research and sweepstakes departments to cross-promote offerings, knowledge, and interesting year-round content. During my time with the company, I created interesting, engaging posts across all social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). I really enjoyed cultivating a shared vision across departments on paid social media initiatives that drove conversions and click-throughs. I developed the brand’s first ever best practices for social media that ensured content could be created at all Shop Your Way in-person events. I directed a creative agency for production of social media graphics and videos as well as individually created template design for graphics.

Each month I would contribute social media analytics which were shared with Directors and VPs. This data would include reach, impressions, engagement, and follower count. I would analyze this data and use this information to plan strategic social media campaigns and posts that had a direct positive impact on engagement and follower count.
