Stroke of Beauty

While at Stroke of Beauty I held the role of Social Media and Customer Service Manager. During this time I managed social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. I created content for social media channels, such as photographs, images, videos, and copywriting. Within a short time of starting at the company created and managed the brand’s first social media calendar. My expertise in editing videos for YouTube and my knowledge of SEO best practices increased brand growth and sales. While at the company, I worked directly with influencers to amplify their voice and increase brand awareness. I would write copy for emails and social posts and work directly with the graphics team to create emails to be sent out to the mailing list.

influencer marketing

While at Stroke of Beauty I researched influencers and makeup artists to potentially send products. I contacted these influencers through the proper channels - either direct email or speaking through their agent. After receiving shipping information and agreements from agreed upon influencers and makeup artists, I would package their products into aesthetic boxes and send the product out. From there, I would track social media and video posts and interact with these posts as it fit with the company brand and voice. During this time I was the point of contact for influencer questions and negotiations. Below are some of the influencers and makeup artists who received products and posted to their channels. These posts were beneficial for increasing brand awareness and sharing word of mouth.
